Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner, a woman with the energy and wisdom of an adolescent combined with the wisdom of a sage is the best example today of modern day woman who is able to accomplish everything. Marilu is an actress, author, producer of talk shows and entrepreneurs. In addition, she is a dancer and singer. There's a reason why she's been given the name Perpetual Motion. Marilu's health-focused approach is visible throughout her entire existence. She believes that health is the best medicine to be able to accomplish anything. It wasn't so earlier. As an teen, her weight increased significantly. The emotional foodie who was poorly and unwell all the time. When she was in her 50's and parents of both her had lost their lives-her mother to problems with arthritis and her father following to a heart attack that was fatal, she realized that she needed control over her own life. The goal was not to lose weight however, the goal was to improve our overall health and create ways to improve how our bodies are designed to perform. She is the main character on CBS's comedy 2 Broke Girls where she plays Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstair neighbor, who runs the cleaning services.
