Yvonne and Olivia

Yvonne De Carlo is an American-Canadian actor. She was born in 1922 and she appeared in films as well as on television. In her six decade career films, her appearances were the most well-known during the 1950s. She played her most prominent roles in movies such as Anna Marie in Salome where She danced Anna the wife of Moses (Charlton Heston) in The Ten Commandments and Amantha in Band of Angels starring Clark Gable. De Carlo, along with Fred Gwynne (and Al Lewis) received an offer from CBS to play Lily Munster on the CBS series The Munsters in the early 1960s. She was known as the co-star of Prince's 1984 movie Purple Rain, and the vocalist for the girl group Apollonia 6 It was among the many female artists who benefited from Prince's association in the 1980s.
