She started out in theater and then moved into television and film. She was acclaimed for her performances in the Ruby Sunrise Frank's House in the Chicago production Dollhouse and Ghosts. She also played Tara Knowles and Wendy Rhoades as psychiatrists on the Showtime series Billions. She currently serves as the television representative for the robot-advisor service Betterment .
